(OTCBB:ZYXI) (formerly Zynex Medical Holdings, Inc.) between May 21, 2008 and March 31, 2009 (the “Class Period”) have 9 days until the June 8, 2009, deadline to move the Court to serve as Lead Plaintiff in the securities fraud class action lawsuit.
